An escape room is a physical adventure game in which players are locked in a room and have to use elements of the room to solve a series of puzzles and escape within a set time limit. The puzzles and clues are often designed to lead players to the key or code that will unlock the door, but some rooms may also require players to find and enter a secret code or password to escape. Escape rooms can be found in many cities and are often used for team-building exercises, birthday parties, and other group events. They can also be found in virtual form as a video game or online game.

There are several movies that are similar to Escape Room in terms of genre and plot. Some examples include:
Saw: A series of horror films about a serial killer who traps his victims in deadly puzzles and games.
Cube: A sci-fi film about a group of strangers who wake up trapped in a mysterious cube-shaped structure, and must find a way out while avoiding deadly traps.

All of these movies are thrilling, suspenseful and mind-bending, they are all different in terms of story and genre but they share the same concept of the "Trapped" scenario.
