Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania

 




Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is an upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe film, and a sequel to the 2018 film Ant-Man and the Wasp. The film is directed by Peyton Reed and stars Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, Michael Douglas, and Michelle Pfeiffer. The film is scheduled to be released on February 17, 2023. The plot of the movie is not officially announced yet.

Paul Rudd stars as Scott Lang/Ant-Man, a former thief who gained the ability to shrink in size and increase in strength through the use of a special suit. Rudd first played the character in the 2015 film Ant-Man and reprised the role in Captain America: Civil War, Ant-Man and the Wasp, and Avengers: Endgame.
Evangeline Lilly stars as Hope van Dyne/Wasp, the daughter of Hank Pym and Janet van Dyne and Scott Lang's partner. Lilly first played the character in Ant-Man and the Wasp.
Michael Douglas stars as Dr. Hank Pym, a brilliant scientist and the original Ant-Man. Douglas first played the character in the 2015 film Ant-Man.
Michelle Pfeiffer stars as Janet van Dyne, Hank Pym's wife and the original Wasp. Pfeiffer first played the character in Ant-Man and the Wasp.
Kathryn Newton stars as Cassie Lang, Scott Lang's daughter. She is known for her roles in Blockers, Big Little Lies and Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri.
Jonathan Majors stars as Kang the Conqueror, a time-traveling villain and enemy of the Avengers in the comics. He is known for his roles in Da 5 Bloods and Lovecraft Country.
Additionally, the movie will feature returning cast members such as Michael Peña, T.I., and David Dastmalchian reprising their roles as Luis, Dave, and Kurt respectively.
Peyton Reed is the director of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. Reed is an American film director, producer, and screenwriter, best known for directing the first Ant-Man film and its sequel Ant-Man and the Wasp. He also directed the comedy films Bring It On and Down with Love. Reed began his career in the entertainment industry as a writer and producer for the television series "The Ben Stiller Show." He made his feature film directorial debut with the 2000 film "Down with Love" starring Renée Zellweger and Ewan McGregor. Since then, Reed has directed a variety of films, including the comedy films "Yes Man" and "The Break-Up," and the superhero film "Ant-Man." Reed is known for his ability to balance action and comedy in his films, which is one of the reasons why he was chosen to direct Ant-Man and its sequel.
